Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on your method and VIP tier. Funds received as bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotions before they can be withdrawn. All bets are considered valid and binding once confirmation is received by the wis77 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user except under specific circumstances that allow for automatic cancellation (such as a postponed or cancelled match in accordance with the established rules).
Bet outcomes are based on the official results issued by the relevant sports organiser. For Malaysia Super League and EPL football, the official league source is the definitive reference. For BWF badminton and cricket, the official source of the respective sports body applies. wis77 reserves the right to make the final decision in cases of disputed results.
If a match is postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will generally be voided in accordance with the following policy: football matches that kick off but cannot be completed within 12 hours of the original scheduled time will be voided; e-sports matches cancelled before they begin will be fully voided.
The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. wis77 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Bets that have been confirmed at the odds applicable at the time of confirmation will not be affected by any subsequent odds changes.
